Our mission is to build custom homes with the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are very hands-on; Gustavo is active on-site and at times completes work personally, so that things are completed at his standard of quality. Communication is very important to us. We value all clients and commit to an exceptional level of communication through the process.
The name “Tio” comes from Gustavo’s dad, a hardworking immigrant that still works at his 82 years of age. Our core value “hard work pays off” is something we’d like to continue passing down in generations to come and Tio Homes is a great place to start!
We had major water damage to our bathroom and bedroom. A total gut job was needed. We found a style we wanted and showed it to them and was told that this would look great. Repairs started very quick and was done within 10 days. So very pleased and happy with the end results.
